- This position will be focusing more on project coordination with a lean into some administrative tasks.
- Coordinate, attend and participate in stakeholder meetings, design sessions, technical development discussions and project team meetings
- Maintain, monitor, and help integrate multiple project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
- Monitor transition progress, identify transition risks, and escalate critical issues; communicate risks and issues to Project Leadership
- Develop Transition Plans in consultation with Change Collaboration Manager and Transition Managers from business units such as Distribution Customer Operations, Energy Resources, and Customer Experience & Information Technology
- Assisting with preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings; printing rally room and project posters
- Supporting / Managing submittals, RFIs and drawings and any other tasks project engineers require
- Maintain project documentation and the team's compliance with project audits
- Experience in project scheduling or project administration
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge file management, transcription and other administrative procedures
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
