Project Coordinator

Our Client, a Energy Services company, is looking for a Project Coordinator I for their Jackson, MI location.

• Manage and maintain brand assets, including audits, tagging, and organization
• Support project intake administration: governance coordination, standards rollout, trainings, meeting scheduling, documentation, audits, and troubleshooting
• Oversee SharePoint/Teams organization and governance
• Maintain project notes, files, and documentation
• Assist with process improvements and general project coordination

• The ideal candidate must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail is also important.
• Experience with Workfront, Brand folder, and SharePoint (preferred but not required)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Clear communication skills and comfort working in fast moving environments
• Familiarity with Microsoft suite and general project coordination tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or 4 years work experience.
