Duties Overview- We're looking for a highly organized Project Coordinator to support key systems and processes across our Brand team.
- This role helps maintain operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and keep creative workflows running smoothly.
- This role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to office as needed.
- Manage and maintain brand assets, including audits, tagging, and organization
- Support project intake administration: governance coordination, standards rollout, trainings, meeting scheduling, documentation, audits, and troubleshooting
- Oversee SharePoint/Teams organization and governance
- Maintain project notes, files, and documentation
- Assist with process improvements and general project coordination
- The ideal candidate must be well-organized, capable of working under pressure, and able to multitask, and attention to detail is also important.
- Experience with Workfront, Brandfolder, and SharePoint (preferred but not required)
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Clear communication skills and comfort working in fast‑moving environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft suite and general project coordination tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field or 4 years work experience.
