America's Preferred Home Warranty (APHW) is seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative to assist customers with claims and coordinate with service providers. Training will prepare you for a contact-center environment, with emphasis on empathy and professional communication.
The position is based in Jackson, MI, in-person, with a competitive hourly wage of $16-$17 and a comprehensive benefits program. Prior CSR experience is preferred and there is no outbound sales work.
