Responsibilities: Adult neurosurgery and trauma care including brain bleed management, trauma repair, spine surgery (spinal fusion, laminectomy, diskectomy, vertebroplasty/kyphoplasty), and critical care procedures (external ventricular drain management, ICP/CPP monitoring)
Required Procedures: Adult neurosurgery, trauma care, spine surgery, critical care procedures
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: 2 neurosurgeons plus locums
Days Per Month: Not specified
On-Call/Weekends: 24-hour weekend and holiday call coverage (Friday 7:00 AM Monday 7:00 AM)
Submission Requirements:
- Board Eligible or Board Certified in Neurosurgery
- Michigan medical license
- BLS certification
- Self-Query NPDB (pulled within the last month)
