Mathematics; Developmental Adjunct Instructor

Description

Teach courses in Mathematics based on instructor's qualifications. Adjunct instructor positions are part-time. Teaching assignments will vary from semester to semester and are based on enrollment, so there may be semesters with no assignments available.

• Evaluate and grade students' class work, assignments, and papers.
• Prepare and deliver instructional materials (syllabi, homework assignments, handouts) in person and/or online.
• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
• Compile, administer, and grade examinations.
• Participate in required reporting processes (grades, participation, etc.).
• Assist students in connecting to college resources.

• Bachelor degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Education with K-12 math specialization, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
