Position Available:

• One (1) Class III Paraprofessional. Approx. 7 hours/day (7:25am- 2:30pm)

Qualifications:

• High School Graduate
• Demonstrate through previous work experience an ability to effectively communicate with adults and children. Possess a high degree of organizational skills, time management, and professionalism.
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be willing to complete 7-9 hours of professional development throughout the school year
• Highly Qualified as per the Michigan Department of Education Guidelines
  • Complete at least two years of study at an institution of higher education (equal to 60 semester hours)*; or
  • Obtain an associate's degree (or higher); or
  • Meet a rigorous standard of quality and demonstrate, through the passage of an approved formal state academic assessment ETS Parapro Assessment** - Online
  • A passing score of 460 is required
