- Review and integrate hardware & software for SCADA systems, substation networks, and intelligent electrical devices (IEDs)
- Support and validate SCADA and plant control system designs
- Perform hands-on testing, prototyping, and system setup in a lab environment
- Configure and program automation controllers, RTUs, relays, and communication devices
- Ensure proper connectivity, networking, and data communication between devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve system integration and performance issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design accuracy and system reliability
- Assist in development and improvement of control and monitoring systems
- Document system configurations, test results, and technical procedures
- Support implementation of generation control and substation automation systems
- Bachelor’s in Electrical or Computer Engineering
- Experience with programmable/configurable devices
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access
- Experience with SCADA systems & generation control integration
- Knowledge of DNP3 protocol (Serial/IP)
- Programming experience ( or similar
) - Exposure to substation automation / networking systems
