- Define project scope, prepare and manage schedules and budgets, allocate resources, and mitigate risks for power plant projects ranging from $100K to $10M to prevent cost overruns.
- Lead team members by example under strict code of conduct guidelines, ensuring everyone understands their responsibilities and maintaining high-quality work and materials.
- Partner with EPM support groups (engineering, scheduling, cost controls, construction, testing) and external Architect/Engineering firms to ensure proper alignment and timely project outcomes.
- Maintain a highly positive customer interface to address safety, quality, schedule, and cost issues while effectively communicating project progression to management.
- Utilize project management methodologies to quickly solve problems, resolve conflicts, and deliver appropriate project presentations when required.
