As a Scheduled Outage Coordinator Support, you will collaborate with various work groups to support the execution of the reliability project workplan. You will be an integral part of the Grid Management Scheduled Outage team, focusing on outage coordination for maintenance and construction activities on High Voltage Distribution (HVD) and Low Voltage Distribution (LVD) systems. Additionally, you will assist in electric control and dispatch centers during storm restoration periods.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Basic understanding of Power BI or similar reporting/analytics tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requests and shifting priorities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; able to work effectively with field and operations personnel.
• Associate's Degree in a technical field or related experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degrees in any field are considered a plus.

• 1–2 years of experience in electric utility operations, outage coordination, dispatch support, work planning, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of planned outage processes within an electric utility environment.
• Experience working with or supporting operational systems such as OMS/ADMS, iTOA, or SAP.
• Familiarity with electric utility asset types (feeders, substations, switches, circuits).
• Experience supporting storm operations or emergency response activities.
