Job Overview

As an Executive Casino Host at BetMGM, you will drive casino profitability by developing strong long‑term relationships with high‑end customers and VIPs, focusing on maximizing value and generating incremental gaming revenue. You will manage a defined set of casino players, achieving company objectives through sales, telemarketing, and personalized service.

Must reside in Michigan – Greater Detroit area.

• Maintain and establish relationships with current and potential guests to promote player recognition and service.
• Promote BetMGM to build customer loyalty and increase frequency of visits.
• Respond to guest requests, questions, and concerns promptly.
• Own the guest experience by problem solving to exceed expectations.
• Manage a comprehensive player database and communications (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Generate incremental gaming revenue by anticipating and meeting player needs.
• Develop new business revenue by targeting potential high‑value players.
• Communicate through established channels (welcome, loyalty, sales, surveys, reactivation).
• Use daily reporting and analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor betting behavior and ensure bonuses and hospitality invitations comply with strategy and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation, managing risk.
• Act with integrity, resolve service failures promptly, and handle difficult interactions professionally.
• Fill special events and participate in off‑site Casino Marketing events.

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma preferred in a related field.
• Proven experience in digital or land‑based gaming, customer service, concierge, luxury hospitality or account management.
• Relationship‑driven, computer literate (Excel), excellent communication and telephone etiquette.
• Detail oriented with strong time‑management and ability to work under pressure.
• Independent and able to provide top‑tier customer service while identifying trigger points.
• Analytically curious, capable of creative problem solving.
• Excellent knowledge of the gaming industry and hospitality environment.
• Multilingual preferred.
• Ability to travel and attend off‑property events as needed.

Annual salary range: $58,560 to $82,110.
