Sandella Sova is proud to partner with a multi-billion‑dollar, publicly traded company in South Central Michigan.
This is a hybrid role.
The Tax department is adding a Tax Planning Manager to its growing team. You'd help lead domestic tax planning initiatives for a major corporation with explosive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction tax analysis and related tax entity structuring
- M&A planning and related due diligence
- Provide guidance for the company's federal and state tax legislative efforts
- Help the company maintain its position on tax audit defense
- Assist with entity structuring, working alongside outside providers
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related
- CPA OR JD preferred
- 5+ years of tax planning and strategy exposure
- Public accounting experience preferred
- Experience in a multi-billion dollar corporation preferred
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
