TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for full-time Member Advisors to join our Jackson Area Hiring Pool A team. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy variety, building relationships, and making a positive impact on members' financial well‑being.

• $17.00 - $18.50 per hour

Up To 40 Hours Per Week, Including

• Monday through Friday shifts beginning as early as 7:45 a.m. and ending around 5:15 p.m.
• Support Saturday operations as needed
• Travel between Jackson-area branch locations as needed.

• Deliver exceptional customer service to members
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently
• Open and maintain deposit accounts
• Assist members with consumer loan applications
• Recommend products and services that support members' financial goals
• Educate members about fraud prevention and account security
• Build lasting relationships while navigating multiple systems and processes

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience required
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between branch locations as needed

Branch assignments may vary from week to week based on staffing and business needs. Permanent placements will be determined based on business need, performance, readiness, and geographic considerations. Mileage reimbursement is available in accordance with TRUE's mileage reimbursement policy.
