Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist Outpatient Services
Are you passionate about helping individuals on their recovery journey? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Therapist to join our Outpatient Services team.
Under the supervision of the Supervisor of Outpatient SUD Services, the SUD Therapist provides person-centered, trauma-informed, and recovery-oriented behavioral health services in a supportive outpatient setting. This role focuses on empowering individuals through self-determined, least restrictive care that promotes long-term wellness and stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based approaches such as Motivational Interviewing
- Conduct assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and formal treatment reviews
- Deliver crisis intervention, care coordination, referrals, and collaboration with community partners
- Facilitate psycho educational groups (e.g., parenting skills, independent living skills, anger management, substance use education)
- Maintain accurate documentation and consistent attendance
