Speech Language Pathologist in Jackson, MI

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available from August 17, 2026, through November 20, 2026, supporting K-4th grade students in an elementary school setting in Lansing, MI. This leave contract role offers the opportunity to work closely with young learners, providing essential speech and language support within a dynamic school environment.

• Active Michigan SLP license required
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Previous experience working in school settings with children K-4th grade
• Candidates with Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship completion are not eligible
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively and collaborate with educators and families

• Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students (kindergarten through 4th grade)
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Document progress and maintain detailed records according to school and district guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention strategies
