What You’ll Be Doing- Providing hands‑on care and supporting patients in a facility setting
- Leading, coaching, and supporting caregivers on the floor
- Monitoring patient well‑being and ensuring quality care
- Communicating with families, staff, and leadership
- Jumping in to solve problems and keep everything on track
- Is a state‑certified Medical Assistant (Michigan)
- Has state test (Michigan) certification required, or must obtain within 30 days of hire
- Has experience in healthcare or working with elderly/disabled patients
- Is ready to lead, mentor, and grow
- Brings compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
