SOCIAL WORKER - Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP)
Under the supervision of the Deputy Health Officer of the Community Health Education and Promotion Division & the Community Health Coordinator, works with pregnant persons and infants enrolled in the Maternal Infant Health Program (MIHP). State of Michigan Social Work Licensure LLBSW/LBSW and/or LLMSW/LMSW. PositionDescriptionRESPONSIBILITIESQUALIFICATIONS
- Education:
Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required. Possession of a Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred. - Experience:
Two years of professional social work experience providing services to children and families. One year of home visiting experience preferred. - Other Requirements:
State of Michigan Social Work Licensure LLBSW/LBSW and/or LLMSW/LMSW. Possession of a valid State of Michigan driver’s license.
