As a Clinic Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support clinic operations by managing patient registration, insurance verification, and financial discussions, while contributing to a culture of service excellence. Your role is vital in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for patients, medical staff, and visitors.

What You Will Do- Greet and check in patients, ensuring accurate registration and insurance verification.
- Handle cash collections and discuss general financial responsibilities with patients.
- Reconcile patient charts and manage discharge processes efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and medical staff in person and over the phone.
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
- Support clinic operations by maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform calculations, complete forms, and extensively utilize computer information systems.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with diverse populations.
- Basic computer skills, including navigating software, email, and logging in/out of systems.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work within a team setting.
- Familiarity with a clinic environment.
- Experience working with detailed information.
