Eaton’s Jackson plant in Michigan is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to provide broad HR support for a defined client group. The role covers union relations, staffing, payroll administration, coaching, performance management, and other HR initiatives across production and salary employees.
You will deploy HR policies, ensure data integrity, onboard and train staff, investigate issues, coach leaders, support compensation and workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
