Streetlight Technical Support Specialist
Location:
Jackson, MI (Hybrid-Onsite)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of applicable experience and a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Be highly proficient in Excel.
- Possess a foundational understanding of SAP, GIS, Open Utilities, and Google Maps.
- Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electric distribution maps.
- Maintain strong attention to detail with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Responsible for maintaining accurate customer streetlight counts by updating records to reflect changes in streetlight system.
- Responsibilities include processing material changes related to streetlight outages, applying appropriate credits, updating mapping information, researching municipal jurisdictional responsibilities, and communicating updates to customers.
