• Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and development using Power BI.

• They will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Power BI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of data modeling, DAX, M, and SQL, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights.

• In addition to contributing to business needs, the successful candidate will serve as a Subject Matter Expert within a group of new developers.

• Seeking expert level Power BI Developer

• Provide effective Power BI visualizations and dashboards to business users to aid in decision making.

• Uncover trends and insights from data to increase likelihood of favorable business outcomes.

• Communicate and present data analyses to all levels of the business.

• Report and Power BI Dashboard maintenance

• Develop ad-hoc and standard reporting and or analyses.

Skills:
• Design and Develop Power BI Solutions
:
Create visually appealing and interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI Desktop, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Data Modeling
:
Design efficient data models that support complex business requirements, including relationships, calculated columns, measures, and hierarchies.
• Data Integration
:
Integrate data from various sources such as databases, APIs, Excel files, and flat files into Power BI using Power Query Editor and SQL queries.
• Optimization and Performance Tuning
:
Optimize Power BI reports and data models for performance and scalability, identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
• Automation
:
Develop and maintain automated data refresh schedules, ensuring that reports are updated with the latest data.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable insights through Power BI solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on using Power BI reports and dashboards effectively, troubleshooting issues as needed.
• Documentation
:
Document data models, report designs, and development processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintainability.

Required:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in developing Power BI solutions.

• Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query Editor, DAX, M, and SQL.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Experience with data visualization best practices and UI/UX design principles.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified:
Data Analyst Associate or Microsoft Certified:
Power BI Developer would be a plus.
