The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for analyzing large, complex datasets and leading support for data output processes. This role develops and maintains data models, tools, and analytical frameworks to meet evolving business needs. The incumbent will collaborate closely with business partners to define requirements, prioritize data requests, and deliver insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of organizational business needs and can translate complex data challenges into actionable insights using advanced analytical methods.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Communicate data science outputs clearly and support the development of models and analytical solutions that provide actionable insights for business execution.
  • Lead and execute complex analytics initiatives from ideation through production and organizational adoption, with full understanding of the analytics lifecycle and its common challenges.
  • Prioritize business initiatives and structure projects for optimal success, considering budget, staffing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Plan, organize, and manage data resources and processes to achieve project or program objectives within defined scope, time, quality, and budget constraints, including extracting data from primary datasets and business tools.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or deemed necessary.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Ability to compile, clean, organize, interpret, and concisely communicate data and analytical results.
  • Strong logic and reasoning skills to evaluate alternative solutions, conclusions, and approaches to complex problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of data modeling, machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, data visualization, and data engineering.
  • Proficiency in process management methodologies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to translate business needs into analytical requirements.
  • Advanced quantitative analytics skills and structured problem solving
