Location: This position is onsite minimally 3 days a week at One Energy Plaza located in Jackson, MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).

• Serve as a subject matter expert across multiple data domains and establish standards for data models.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to identify data needs, goals, and objectives; drive data investigation and analysis in support of key strategic initiatives.
• Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members to foster collaboration and enhance overall team performance.
• Propose, develop, and evaluate innovative solutions for analyzing, associating, and classifying data. Use data insights to recommend process improvements through presentations, reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources using statistical methods and tools such as SQL, Python, R, and Excel. Comfortable working in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Apply understanding of data interactions within applications to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions.
• Conduct complex statistical analyses and interpret results from advanced analytical methods.
• Manage multiple projects to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, statistical analysis, and data visualization.
• Skilled communicator capable of presenting highly complex topics to stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, in a way that aligns data initiatives with business objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field, with seven (7) or more years of experience turning data into meaningful analysis, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business. Ability to see the big picture and to focus on details when necessary. Advanced knowledge and experience in topics of data, information, and project management.
  
  Subject Matter Expert within the team including experience managing data analytics products and projects as they relate to team goals.
