• es Configure and maintain the SAP Success Factors system (Employee Central, Recruiting and Onboarding, Succession and Development, Learning, Performance and Goals, Calibration, and Compensation are currently in us

  Coordinate semiannual upgrade and maintenance activities, especially around regression testing, with the human resources and information technology departmen
• ts Manage projects and process improvement activities to facilitate continuous improvement and continued maturation of the Success Factors platform at the clien
• t.Maintain awareness of SAP's roadmap for Success Factors and socialize it within the human resources and information technology departmen
• ts Provide production support, including researching and resolving issues escalated from the service delivery team(
