Senior Epicor Specialist

Salary Range of $110K to $120K depending on experience

ONSITE IN JACKSON, MI

Our Client is seeking an Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist . This role serves as the primary subject‑matter expert for Epicor Kinetic, responsible for administration, configuration, customization, optimization, user support, and continuous improvement. The Specialist will partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, improve processes, and drive user adoption.

• Administer Epicor Kinetic, including security, user access, configuration, performance, upgrades, patches, and system health.
• Serve as the primary contact for Epicor support and vendor coordination.
• Configure and support Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Job Management modules.
• Lead or support ERP implementations, upgrades, module rollouts, data migrations, and testing.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend ERP solutions and process improvements.
• Develop customizations using BPM, BAQ, dashboards, Application Studio, Epicor Functions, and REST APIs

• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Epicor reporting tools
  .
• Write SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Support integrations with third‑party applications and automate business processes.
• Provide end‑user training, technical support, documentation, and knowledge‑base resources.
• Partner with department leaders to identify system improvements, resolve issues, and promote ERP best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on Epicor Kinetic/Epicor ERP 10 experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, inventory, and quality processes.
• Proficiency with BPM, BAQ, dashboards, and Kinetic Application Studio

• Strong SQL Server skills, including queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and data migration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Experience with REST API, Epicor Functions, Service Connect, SSRS/Crystal Reports
  , and third‑party integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET
  , or other Epicor development technologies preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Epicor certification, ITIL, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
