Overview

Responsibilities- Manage coordination, supervision, and delivery of hospice services as a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager.
- Communicate patient needs, initiate safety plans, and ensure quality care aligned with company values.
- Supervise multidisciplinary staff, coordinate referrals, and maintain staffing levels for timely assessments.
- RN licensure
- 2-3 years of experience
- Knowledge of regulations and standards
- Preferred: BSN and hospice or home health experience
