Drive ResultsYou’ll be responsible for meeting branch performance goals, including weekly order activity and client satisfaction. Consistently achieving or exceeding client staffing needs will be key to your success.
Build RelationshipsDevelop and execute smart strategies for business development and recruiting efforts. Be hands‑on with your clients to ensure loyalty, solve issues, and exceed expectations.
Coach & CollaborateProvide day‑to‑day leadership, mentoring, and tactical coaching to your team. Create a high‑performance environment where people are empowered, and results are celebrated.
What You Bring- 3–5 years of experience in a leadership or management role (staffing experience is a plus, but not required)
- Background in HR, sales, or a client‑service industry
- Proven ability to develop business, lead teams, and deliver results
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills
- A passion for building relationships and driving success through people
