Center Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day plasma center operations to ensure efficient plasma collections.
• Provide instructions, conduct meetings, and communicate performance expectations.
• Advise management of employee relations and escalated donor issues.
• Facilitate donor movement throughout the center, minimizing wait and processing time.
• Monitor time card reporting procedures, attendance, and utilization of overtime.
• Conduct error investigations and develop recommendations for process improvement.
• Participate with management in recruitment and selection of center operations staff and in providing performance appraisals and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Assist with recruitment and selection of center operation staff and implementation of marketing initiatives to increase donor retention.

• High school diploma or equivalent vocational or technical training.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and professional work experience preferred.
• Minimum of (1) year supervisory experience required with responsibility for overseeing the activities of others.
