POSITION SUMMARY:
The Program Team Leader leads the team in providing ACT services to individuals with chronic mental illness who require intensive outpatient treatment. This individual gives clinical guidance, direction and support to their team and to the consumers of the Impact program. The Program Team Leader is responsible for the administration of the ACT Impact outpatient treatment program in accordance with policies and procedures, Medicaid and CARF standards.
