• Support the Store Manager with daily operations and team oversight.
• Mentor and develop stylists through coaching and training.
• Focus on exceptional client service and retail sales performance.
• Help with recruiting and building a strong team.
• Ensure the store stays clean, organized, and brand‑ready.
• Contribute to growing our client base in the Jackson area.

• Leadership or management experience (salon/retail preferred).
• Active Michigan Cosmetology license required.
• Positive, outgoing personality with good communication skills.
• Driven by goals and team success.
• Availability for evenings and weekends.
• Competitive hourly pay plus service commissions plus retail commissions.
• Performance bonuses paid every pay period.
