TRUE Community Credit Union is looking for a full-time Branch Manager to lead our Parma and Vandercook Branches and inspire a culture centered on exceptional member experiences, employee growth, and community impact. Whether you're coaching team members to reach their potential, helping members achieve their financial goals, or strengthening community relationships, you'll play a vital role in shaping experiences that leave a lasting impression.

As our Branch Manager, you will earn a starting salary of $61,500 (starting salary increases with relevant experience) and enjoy outstanding benefits, including:

Our ideal Branch Manager:

• Has a high school diploma or GED
• Has 3+ years of financial institution experience
• Has strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Has the ability to coach, develop, and support a service-based sales culture
• Is proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email/IM, and multiple technology platforms
• Is eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS)
• Has 2+ years of direct leadership experience preferred
• Has knowledge of credit union operations and the credit union movement preferred

This full-time, exempt opportunity provides leadership oversight of TRUE Community Credit Union's Jackson Area Branches located at 1308

E. McDevitt and 121 Main Street. This role requires regular on-site leadership presence at both locations and approximately 20% travel.
