Manufacturing Engineer

Overview

Looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize manufacturing systems and machining requirements in a highly customized equipment environment. This role collaborates with engineering, procurement, and production to define effective processes and translate designs into scalable, efficient solutions. Offers autonomy and requires a hands‑on, collaborative approach to solving complex manufacturing challenges.

• 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering experience in packaging, automation, machining, or custom equipment environments
• Strong Solid Works proficiency with machine design experience
• ERP experience (Syteline preferred), including BOMs, routing, and legacy data troubleshooting
• Experience interfacing across Engineering, Procurement, and Manufacturing
• Translate engineering requirements into manufacturable solutions & procurement‑ready specifications, while creating and maintaining manufacturing documentation
• Hands on with shop floor operations, including fixture design, customization, and builds

• Evaluate manufacturing processes & product designs to ensure manufacturability & efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering teams in Solid Works to improve form, fit, function, cost
• Develop & maintain manufacturing documentation, tooling requirements, process workflows
• Lead process improvements and partner with Quality to resolve issues, drive efficiency, and support continuous improvement
