Job Duties
  • Inspecting and measuring manufactured parts using precision quality inspection equipment regularly.
  • Creating and maintaining quality assurance records, reports, data, and compliance documentation accurately.
  • Assisting with nonconforming product investigations and issuing quality alerts where necessary consistently.
  • Developing procedures supporting quality system compliance and manufacturing process improvement initiatives successfully.
  • Leading continuous improvement projects targeting product quality, operational efficiency, and manufacturing performance regularly.
  • Collaborating with customers and vendors regarding product quality concerns and improvement opportunities effectively.
  • Operating inspection equipment, including CMM software, micrometers, calipers, and optical comparators regularly.
  • Preparing process inspection plans addressing customer specifications, inspection methods, and quality control standards consistently.
  • Maintaining organized work spaces while following workplace safety procedures and manufacturing compliance requirements successfully.
  • Managing multiple inspection projects simultaneously while adapting effectively to production schedule changes regularly.
Job Requirements
  • Associate’s degree in engineering technology or another related technical discipline preferred.
  • Three to five years of quality control experience within manufacturing or engineering environments consistently.
  • Working knowledge of GD&T principles and engineering blueprint interpretation procedures successfully.
  • Experience operating inspection tools, including Poly Works, CMM software, and precision measurement devices regularly.
