CNC Machinist Details:

• Contract to Hire position
• $ 20.00 / hour
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)

• Set-up manufacturing machines by installing and adjusting work holding, tooling, loading programs, performing quality checks, completing documentation and other tasks essential for producing a conforming product.
• Maintains production specifications by following control plan, manufacturing prints, setup sheets, and observing measurements; troubleshooting processes; replacing worn tools; making offsets and adhering to quality assurance procedures and processes.
• Achieve and exceed standard production rates when possible.
• Deburr and clean parts by following process notes and procedures.
• Properly tag and identify parts produced.
• Keep the work cell clean and follow 5S procedures.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Documents actions by completing housekeeping, production, and quality logs.
• Leave effective communication for the next shift.
• Performs any other duties as directed.

CNC Machinist

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years' CNC experience
• Lift or move up to 50 pounds

• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
