Production Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Production Worker for a contract/temporary opportunity in Jackson, MI. This Production Packer role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands‑on manufacturing work, staying active throughout the shift, and contributing to a fast-paced production environment.

In this role, you will help pack, label, inspect, and load vinyl siding products while supporting line setup, organization, and safety standards. This is a strong opportunity for someone with 1-2 years of manufacturing, production, packing, or equipment operations experience who is looking for steady overnight work with a clear schedule and team‑focused environment.

You will work with a production team that values safety, consistency, communication, and reliability. Candidates who take pride in quality work, follow instructions closely, and enjoy being part of an active manufacturing operation can be successful in this position.

• Pack, label, inspect, and load vinyl siding products according to production and quality standards.
• Assemble boxes, cut and secure straps, and maintain packing supplies throughout the shift.
• Assist with production line setup, product movement, and general production support tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area through regular housekeeping duties.
• Follow all PPE requirements, safety procedures, and workplace guidelines in a manufacturing environment.
• Stand for extended periods and lift materials weighing up to 60 lbs as needed.

• Pay rate: $18 to $19 per hour.
• Posted production packer rate: $19 per hour.
