Technique is looking for a Powder Coat General Operator to join our team at our Jackson, Michigan facility. This role reports to the Department Manager in the Powder Coat department and involves powder coat, wet paint spraying, Cerakote, hydro dip, and related processes.
You will prepare materials, read blueprints, ensure safety, and support on-time production. The ideal candidate learns quickly, can operate equipment, follows quality standards, and may pursue lift truck certification.
