Solid manufacturing company seeking 2nd shift CNC operators or Machinits
- -pay depending on skill level
salary: $40,000 - $50,000 per year

Second
work hours: 4:30 PM - 4:30 AM
education:
No Degree Required
- Set up and operate CNC lathes and mills to produce precision aerospace components
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring instruments
- Maintain quality standards through in-process and final inspections
- Work within a
cellular manufacturing
environment to support efficient workflows - Participate in training and skill development programs — opportunities available for motivated learners
- 2+ years of CNC machining experience (lathes and/or mills)
- Proven ability to produce tight-tolerance components for aerospace or similar industries
- Proficiency with
Mazatrol
programming preferred - Experience with
Swiss machining
considered an asset - strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Commitment to quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- CNC
