CERATH Development Organization (CDO) is advancing a long-term Fisheries Sector Strategy (2026–2032) aimed at empowering women in Ghana’s small-scale fisheries post-harvest sector. With a focus on coastal and inland fishing communities, the initiative strengthens women’s participation, leadership, and agency through research, coalition-building, stakeholder engagement, and policy advocacy.
To support this vision, CDO is seeking a Partnerships and Sustainability Coordinator to help drive collaboration with government institutions, fisheries associations, women’s groups, and development partners. The role will ensure effective coordination of coalition-building activities, maintain stakeholder mapping, and contribute to resource mobilization strategies that sustain the initiative’s impact beyond individual grants.
This position offers the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping partnerships, strengthening institutional engagement, and supporting financial sustainability planning. By working closely with CDO’s program, research, and communications teams, the coordinator will help translate the initiative’s Theory of Change into practical, trackable actions that advance gender-responsive fisheries governance and improve women’s livelihoods.
