RN Registered Nurse - $15,000 Sign On Bonus! (Jackson, MI)

Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center! Our Registered Nurses are part of our skilled nursing team that provides specialized care to patients in a variety of areas including orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology and dermatology. You will be empowered to assess the needs and implement care as you deem necessary utilizing the latest in technology and being a part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors; foster a positive, healthy healing environment.
• Oversee the CNA team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.

• A current license to practice as an RN in the state of Michigan; current CPR-BLS certification.
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.

• Starting Wages: $35.15 - $39.00 per hour (based on years of certification!)
