Position: RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager - $15,000 Sign On Bonus

RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager - Cascade Senior Care Center (Jackson, MI)

The Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation and ensuring consistent, quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing technology and working with a strong interdisciplinary team.

You will earn:

  • Starting Wages at $90,000 per year

Shift coverage:

  • First Shift - Days - All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
  • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Must be a Registered Nurse

How you will help people every day:

  • Supervise the nursing team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
  • Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
  • Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
  • Ensure the completion of requested reports, such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
  • Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors to foster a positive environment for healing.

What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
  • Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions for well-being.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care that is excellent, passionate, and innovative.
  • Team player who is dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
