RN Registered Nurse Unit Manager - Cascade Senior Care Center (Jackson, MI)
Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center!
The Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24-hour operation and ensuring consistent, quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care as you deem necessary, utilizing technology and working with a strong interdisciplinary team.
You will earn:
- Starting Wages at $90,000 per year
- PLUS $15,000 Sign On Bonus!

Shift coverage:
- First Shift - Days - All shifts include rotating weekends and holidays
- 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Must be a Registered Nurse
How you will help people every day:
- Supervise the nursing team including giving direction and assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
- Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care.
- Instruct the team regarding the skilled care process and function as a resource person for clinical issues.
- Ensure the completion of requested reports, such as infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors to foster a positive environment for healing.
What you will need to be part of our EPIC team:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with at least 2 years of related experience.
- Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Michigan; CPR-BLS certification.
- Analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions for well-being.
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering care that is excellent, passionate, and innovative.
- Team player who is dedicated to supporting teammates and getting the job done.
