• Starting Wage for LPN: $29.15 - $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification)

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors; foster a positive, healing environment
• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed; advise patients and families regarding changes to medications and treatment plans
• Provide preventative and supportive care focused on physiologic and psychosocial well-being
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including direction and assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations

• Current LPN license in the state of Michigan; current CPR certification
• An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher
• Strong analytical ability to develop personalized care plans, rehabilitative strategies, and problem-solving for well-being
• Excellent customer service skills with commitment to delivering compassionate, innovative care
• Team player who supports colleagues and completes tasks to meet goals
