Our esteemed Michigan hospital is looking for a dedicated Locum CRNA to join our collaborative anesthesia team. This is your chance to operate within a respected Level II Trauma Center, providing premium anesthesia care in a full-spectrum clinical setting.
Required Skills:
- Valid CRNA certification and current licensure in Michigan
- Proven experience administering anesthesia in surgical settings
- Strong knowledge of perioperative patient management
- Proficiency in airway management and respiratory monitoring
- Ability to work collaboratively with anesthesiologists and surgical teams
- Excellent documentation skills, with experience using EMR systems such as Epic
- Commitment to safety, compliance, and patient-centered care
Skills:
- Experience in neurosurgical procedures and spinal anesthesia
- Prior exposure to trauma centers or high-volume surgery environments
- Ability to handle emergency airway management procedures
- Familiarity with hospital protocols and interdisciplinary collaboration
Education and Experience:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nurse Anesthesia
- Minimum of 2 years of hospital-based CRNA experience, particularly in surgical or trauma settings
- Prior locum experience beneficial but not required
- Availability starting May 5, 2026
- Work 32-40 hours per week, with shifts typically 8 or 10 hours, Monday or Friday weekly
- No on-call duties required; scheduled shifts only
- Ability to travel to Jackson, MI, and operate within hospital guidelines
