Wages & Incentives

Starting wage for LPN: $29.15 – $33.00 per hour (based on years of certification). Plus $4–$5 per hour shift premium for 2nd or 3rd shifts, $3.40 per hour hero hazard pay, yearly wage increase, and a $10,000 sign‑on bonus with payouts at 6, 12, and 18 months.

Options for 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts, with rotating weekends and holidays. Full‑time or part‑time positions available. 2nd shift includes a $5.00 premium. Days or afternoons (1st or 2nd shift) are also offered.

• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service to guests, families, and visitors.
• Perform a variety of treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care aimed at patients’ physiological and psychosocial well‑being.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team: assign duties, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.

• Current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan and current CPR certification.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
• Strong analytical abilities to develop personalized care plans and solve complex issues.
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
