Registered Nurse RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Jackson, MI)

We offer a starting hourly rate of $38.55 to $43.55 per hour plus a $10,000 sign‑on bonus. Pay increases with experience and includes additional pay for second and third shifts, hero pay, and yearly raises.

• Starting wage: $35.15–$40.15 per hour based on years of certification
• Second shift premium: $5.00 per hour
• Third shift premium: $4.00 per hour

• 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts (rotating weekends and some holidays)
• Full‑time or part‑time positions available
• Days or afternoons (1st or 2nd shift) offered

• Provide treatments including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition
• Deliver preventive and supportive care directed at the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including giving direction, assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healing environment

• Current RN license in Michigan and current CPR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree, or higher
• Strong analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and completing assignments
