Earnings- Plus $5.00 per hour for 2nd shift
- Plus $4.00 per hour for 3rd shift

- 8‑hour or 12‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
- Full‑time or part‑time available
- Days or afternoons available (1st or 2nd shift)
- Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis.
- Administer medications to patients as prescribed and advise patients and families regarding medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
- Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiological and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.
- Oversee the Nurse Aide team, including providing direction, assignments, training, recognition, and evaluations.
- Current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Michigan.
- Current CPR‑BLS certification.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher.
- A high level of analytical skills to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and develop solutions to complex problems concerning patient well‑being.
- Excellent customer‑service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
- Team‑player, dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing the job.
