Join our EPIC team at Cascade Senior Care Center! The Unit Manager is a registered nurse responsible for coordinating the clinical care of an assigned unit within the center’s 24‑hour operation and ensuring consistent, quality care for all residents. You will assess needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of a strong interdisciplinary team.

• Starting wages at $90,000 per year

• All shifts include rotating weekends, holidays, and on‑call schedule
• Must be a registered nurse

• Supervise the nursing team, providing direction, assignments, training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations
• Conduct regular rounds with patients and staff to monitor performance and care
• Instruct the team on skilled care process and act as resource for clinical issues
• Ensure completion of required reports (infection control, pharmacy compliance, quality management, etc.)
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment

• Graduate from an accredited nursing school with at least 2 years of related experience
• Current registered nurse license in State of Michigan; current CPR‑BLS certification
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement nursing care, and develop solutions for well‑being challenges
• Excellent customer service skills and commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done

• RN license, CPR, critical care experience, long‑term care, adaptability
• Nurse management, critical thinking, leadership, customer service, attention to detail
