Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are more than just caregivers. CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help our clinical team identify potential medical issues. We rely on our Nursing Assistants as a fundamental and valuable component of our clinical nursing team.

• Base wages: $21.50 - $24.20 per hour
• Hero/Hazard pay: $3.40 per hour
• Shift premiums:
  • $1.50 per hour for 2nd Shift
  • $1.00 per hour for all weekend shifts

• 8‑hour shifts; all shifts include rotating weekends (one weekend per pay period)
• Full‑time or part‑time 2nd shift only (2 pm–10 pm)

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging and promoting continued well‑being.
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans. This includes bathing, activities of daily living, skin care, preventive and supportive care, routine mouth care, shaving, and dressing.
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, vital signs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team as needed.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive, healthy environment.

• Completion of an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
