Registered Nurse RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus! (Jackson, MI)

You will earn: $38.55 - $43.55 per hour starting rate! PLUS $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

• Starting Wage for RN: $35.15 - $40.15 per hour based on years of certification
• PLUS $5.00 per hour for 2nd shift
• PLUS $3.40 per hour hero pay
• Part-time or full-time shift: 8 hour or 12 hour shifts, may include rotating weekends and holidays

• 8 hour or 12 hour shifts; rotating weekends and holidays
• Full Time or Part Time available
• Day or Afternoon shifts (1st or 2nd shift)

• Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
• Administer medications as prescribed, advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition.
• Provide preventative and supportive care directed at the physiologic and psychosocial well-being of patients.
• Oversee the Nurse Aide team, provide direction & assignments, offer training, and contribute to recognition and evaluations.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, their families, and visitors.

• A current license to practice as an RN in the state of Michigan; current CPR certification.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
• High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care, and resolve difficult problems concerning well-being.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player, dedicated to supporting team members and getting the job done.
