Certified Nurse Aide - Must be CNA Up to $24.20 Per Hour! (Jackson, MI)

Our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are more than just caregivers, they are friends and companions to our guests. They build relationships with patients and families while providing assistance with activities of daily living. CNAs are uniquely positioned to notice changes in mood and behavior that help the clinical team identify potential medical issues. We rely on CNAs as a fundamental component of the clinical nursing team.

• Base wages: $21.50 – $24.20 per hour (new rates)
• Hero/Hazard pay: $3.40 per hour
• Shift premiums:
  • +$1.50 per hour for 2nd shift
  • +$1.00 per hour for all weekend shifts

• 8‑hour shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends (1 weekend per pay period)
• 1 FT, 1 PT 2nd shift only – 2pm to 10pm

• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative and recreational therapies and encourage patient well‑being
• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, preventive and supportive care, mouth care, shaving, and dressing
• Document nutritional intake, blood pressure, TPRs, catheter care, bowel/bladder training, weights, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in all daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors

• Completed an approved Nursing Assistant training program with current CNA certification from the State of Michigan
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care
• Team player dedicated to supporting team members and accomplishing job duties
