What You’ll Do:As a Clinic RN at Thome PACE, you’ll provide direct and indirect nursing care that supports participants’ health, independence, and overall well-being. In this role, you’ll use your clinical judgment to assess participant needs, complete required nursing assessments, identify changes in condition, and coordinate follow-up care in collaboration with the care team.
